If bandits appear to move to attack either Kultirr or the base located at (4380, 3894) inform allied troops and engage them at maximum range.Protect the city of Kultirr and aid in the evacuation of its citizens if this is required.Here follows a reminder of your standing orders: I prefer capturing them in that case, but your unit is not outfit for that. Inform the troops back home as well in that case. A strafe run with some of your ships, a warning that you have to shoot them if they get any further, a warning shot. If you believe they should not approach further and they still don't want to listen, first and foremost make sure you are safe in your ship, and scare them back. If you deem them suspicious, send them back to Southridge, or direct them to Lomonosov if they want to go further north. Inform them of the impending war if they are not aware and of the particular dangerous position they are in. Make sure you have a few of your men record the encounter in case they try something stupid. The rest of your troops can cover you from the air.
If they approach Kultirr, intercept them around (3819, 3148) and land a couple of fighters on the road to talk to them.
Anyone coming from there is likely Delray aligned though. We believe they came from Southridge, but we don't think they are soldiers. It might be that they are taking the long route to Lomonosov considering someone blew up the route to the West of Southridge. We have noticed a small group of people traveling in the direction of Kultirr. Please inform me when their work is done. In Lomonosov get those scientists to work on treating any remaining wounds - be it mental or physical.
