Not because there's terrible voice acting. All I'll say is that it's a large part of why the game should be rated M, and is one of the most painful things I've ever experienced in a game. You will just have to see it with yourself after we finish the Normal Path and unlock it. This clearly indicates that the ESRB never actually played the game, because among other things Soul Nomad contains near constant swearing from the main character, rape, murder, slavery, a dash of genocide, and all sorts of other happy fun times. The gameplay itself isn't very complicated, but the number of options open to you stretches into infinity.
As far as actual gameplay goes, I'll be explaining it as we go along. Soul Nomad takes place on a more tactical level, in that you move around squads of characters instead of individual characters. I've heard Soul Nomad is a little different than their previous games.
It also has the absolute most painful thing I've ever experienced in a video game in it. Soul Nomad is also my personal favorite, because in my opinion it brings together all of the good elements from their previous games.
